One of our electricians connected us with a family looking to build their dream home with a mountain view. They had spent a lot of time making sure they had the design right and wanted to find the right builder to bring their plans to life. This home is still being constructed, but will feature high ceilings, complex ornamental roof lines, a masonry hearth, 3 car garage, wraparound farmers porch, and a grand luxury-meets-rustic blend of his & her tastes that will make it the perfect place for their whole family to call home.

Many of our customers approach us looking for ways to make life easier as they age. A couple reached out to us after we did some work for friends of theirs, looking to do just that. They wanted to plan for one-floor living as much as possible as they look ahead at their later years of life. We designed and built this small addition for them, and managed to include a large master suite with beautiful vaulted ceilings, a grand ensuite bathroom & walk-in closet, a 2nd guest bath,  laundry room (previously in the basement) and even a pantry. The exterior precisely matches the existing home so you'd never know the addition wasn't there all along!

After owning a piece of land in the mountains around the lakes region for many years, this couple decided it was time to build a small retreat for themselves. They wanted to keep the budget tight and had us design them this small, modern-style house, that would meet all their requirements. This 2bd 2ba home will be their adventure hub, and a home away from home!

We were given the privilege of building this 48' x 90' barn for an electrician friend of ours. This barn features 5 huge garage bays, an apartment with a view and cantilevered balcony on the back, and will include quite a few beautiful accents including a timberframed portico, and finishes that blend perfectly into the mountain backdrop

When we met this customer, they had a long list of modifications they wanted to their lake house, and didn't know where to start. We suggested they focus their attention in the kitchen, and make some other minor tweaks to make their space more useful. We transformed their dark, hallway of a kitchen into this warm, open, inviting space, expanded their view of the lake from the kitchen, and moved their laundry room to a much more convenient location in the process.

We got a referral from our friends at C&L Excavation to frame a modern, shed roof style lake house with some unique details and a super air-tight design.

A phenomenal photographer in the seacoast area of NH needed a studio fit-up in downtown Newmarket. We don't typically do much commercial, but we were happy to assist! We put in a new window, new walls, an arched doorway, hung signage, installed unique chevron flooring, and even built some  custom furniture! Check out the studio HERE

The folks at Boise Cascade headquarters reached out when one of their work barns got smashed into and totally wrecked. They asked us to resize the building to fit a massive Combi-Lift. We repaired all the damage and modified the building in one day. They brought us back after that to repair several other buildings.

A homeowner had started finishing their basement. They contacted us saying they needed a hand putting the finishing touches on everything, and expediting the project. Quick and simple. We're always glad to help!

A couple stationed in the Netherlands reached out to us at the end of 2024 looking to build their forever home. They wanted to incorporate a number of modern and European styles into this full ICF, Energy Star Certified, Net-Zero build with tilt-turn windows, pocket doors galore, and lots of large format tile - a beautiful challenge! After many efforts to find the right builder for their needs, they found us, and we developed a plan for them that pays homage to their European taste, and blends perfectly with local mountain and lakes region style. 

A young couple reached out to us looking to build an addition onto their log home to make room for their growing family, and to update windows and doors on the original house. The project presented some unique challenges such as high ceilings on both levels, ledge in the hill side, complex roof lines in the back, and some other hurdles that come with modifying log homes. We were able to deliver on all their requests, on-schedule and under budget. This project features a full ICF basement, LP board & batten siding, and beautiful Pella Lifestyle series windows!

Our good friends at Groen Construction, Inc. Decided to build this custom ICF spec home as way to showcase the awesome qualities of a full ICF home. Their crew started the lower levels, but had to take on some big commercial projects, so GCI gave us a call and asked us to complete the framing and upper level ICF work. This ENERGY STAR home is in a perfect spot - close to town, and off a main road, and an easy commute to the ocean, the mountains, and everything the area has to offer. Designed and built 100% in-house, this hillside custom home, completed in early 2024, will serve our customer's family as a ski lodge, an adventure hub, and a second-home sanctuary. Its simple 2Bd 2Ba design features a full walkout ICF basement, two porticos, a detached 2 car garage, a beautiful deck, quartz countertops, a flying gable end, and a big loft (just for fun!)

Our ICF Supplier, Atlantic Builders Supply Northeast, called us about a customer of theirs whose project had been stalled for over a year.  They couldn't find a framing contractor to build the roof system, so we jumped in and made it happen! The customer was pleased with our work and brought us back in to participate throughout the remainder of the build, doing the deck, windows, and more.

A homeowner approached us indicating that their contractor had been stringing them along for months but hadn't shown. They needed someone to replace the siding and repair their home before winter. We completed the job on-schedule, and even replaced the deck while we were there!

We were given a lead to do some framing for knee walls in a basement. The customer was so pleased with our work, we ended up finishing the entire basement and turning it into a 2000 sq foot apartment!
